Shasta Pines Motel & Suites

My boyfriend and I travel for work, we stayed at the Shasta pines motel for over a month. The owner and staff are very kind and attentive to all guests. They are pet friendly so our two fur babes were able to tag along as well which was amazing. The location is great, there’s a plethora of restaurants within a couple miles as well as a steak house right next to the motel. Overall we had a great stay and would most definitely recommend to others traveling through!

Nice and decent motel! Decent amenities at an affordable rate. The owner (lady) is very sweet and humble. The stay here is convenient if you want to drive/visit multiple places around like, Burney falls, Mt. Shasta, Mossbrea Falls, and also Lassen Volcanic NP. For food and restaurant: we liked the pizzas at Gepettos, and also Julio’s grill.

Not a bad option if you are planning for Lassen Volcanic NP last minute. It's a basic motel that's just enough to sleep overnight. But location is quite convenient. There's a restaurant just adjacent to the motel and there's Safeway and gas station nearby. Felt safe when there are stores around you. Although avoid roaming around after dark

Cozy, but busy. There was a couple of suspect looking people when I originally arrived. Didn't see them again. The restroom was a little dated. The room was large and comfortable. The service from the front desk was fabulous. Super helpful. It would've been nice to have an iron and ironing board.

Had a great stay here while visiting family. The room was clean, warm and had everything we needed. The office and maintenance go above and beyond to make sure people have an enjoyable stay and it shows. Updated and safe!!

All I can say is I wish we would of stayed here when our car was waiting on a part to get repaired, stayed across the street, had to be out by 11 am, had two dogs confined while we waited on car to be repaired, front office clerk was so helpful, really super nice guy, gave great recommendations for food, knew our situation and offered to let us use a room for a few hours till our car was finished at no charge, we appreciated the offer but still paid, room was so clean, very large, bed so soft, unlike the motels across the street, highly recommend this place to stay, price is very fair, and the room cleaners were so kind, respectful, and I can’t leave out the office greeter :), sweet little Pug pup :), loves attention :) if ever in the area we will only stay here :) only thing this place needs is a little curb appeal, :)

Great clean and reasonably priced hotel. They keep their exterior grounds well maintained and clean. The stuff is very friendly and helpful if you need help. They are pet friendly and also charge very reasonable price for pet owners. The place is definitely kid friendly, but it is not totally fenced in, so you will need to be watching your kids if you let them play out on the grounds. It is located at a good midpoint, so you can drive up to Shasta Mountain, Syskiou area, or you can also drive and visit the Chester or Mount Lasen area. The only thing missing is a good view, it's view is their parking lot

I never write reviews but, this is a great spot in Burney! Stayed here while visiting my partner during their multiple “zero days” while on the PCT. The staff was always very attentive and would make sure we had everything we needed promptly and with care. They can also help you with “trail hitches” or pick-ups/drop-offs. While taking to my pick-up driver, I was surprised to learn he was the owner Alex. The notably great stay made more and more sense while we talked about his enthusiasm for serving the people who enjoy our beautiful outdoor spaces. Don’t hesitate to stay here!
